Returns & Exchange Policy

Loving your piece is what matters most to us. You can request an exchange or return within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece is in its original condition: unwashed, unworn, with tags and original packaging. For an exchange (different size or color), message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll arrange pickup and redelivery. For returns, refunds are issued in cash via the courier or by transfer within 3–7 working days of receiving the piece back. Accessories are exchangeable only in case of a manufacturing defect.
